Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta Encapsulation is the basic service of preparing the placenta to be ingested in capsule form. The placenta is cleaned, steamed (optional), thinly sliced then fully dehydrated. It is ground and put into capsules.
Birth Doula
As a doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother (and her partner) before, during and shortly after childbirth. There is incredible evidence that shows how doulas improve outcomes!
